So I was going to draw a young, angsty La’gaan…but then Aquasass came in and pretty much said screw that.
I don’t understand how people can dislike La’gaan … he’s awkward and tries too hard at times, but he’s a teenager and a pretty accurate one, at that. And I love that while Kaldur is so hard on himself, he won’t let La’gaan think worse of himself. He won’t let it happen.
He really is. La’gaan is just a typical teenager. He wants to figure out where he belongs and find his place in the world. I really like the idea that these two have a big brother-little brother relationship going on. Kaldur obviously cares about him. Hell, he’s probably watched La’gaan grow for years now. And La’gaan looks up to him so much it’s adorable. I really wish we could have gotten to see more of their bromance.
Well baby I’m a put on a show kind of girl
Don’t like the back seat, gotta be first
I’m like the ringleader, I call the shots
I’m like a firecracker, I make it hotI will be disappointed if this song wasn’t the inspiration for June ;)
